Who this is for: All staff with a linked profile
What you'll achieve: See your own duties and teaching blocks — by day, week, or month
Open My schedule
- Select My schedule in the sidebar (first item under Operate).
- Staff accounts land here automatically when they sign in.
- Choose My day, My week, or My month at the top.
What you see

SchoolRota does not sync directly from a MIS yet. Import lessons via Staff → Teaching timetable (CSV). Use weekly commitments for coarse blocks (PPA, meetings) that are not in your timetable export.
My day
- Week strip (Mon–Fri) to pick the day
- Timeline (08:00–16:00) with a live “now” marker on today
- Agenda list in time order
- Stats: lessons, duties, other blocks, total events
My week
- Five day cards (Mon–Fri) with a preview of each day
- Tap a day to see the full detail panel below
- Week totals in the header
My month
- Calendar grid with dots: indigo = lessons, green = duties, teal = other blocks
- Tap a school day to preview that day
- Open day view jumps to the full day layout
If schedule is not linked
Your login must be tied to a staff profile (same email as SCIM/invite). Contact your admin if you see “Schedule not linked”.
